Donor Cows
Our donor cow program features an elite group of cows that have consistently shown superior qualities on our ranch.
These cows are not only visually impressive but free from any faults, including issues with feet, udders and maternal instinct. Each donor is DNA tested through the American Angus Association and is free from any genetic conditions. These cows are the pinnacle of our breeding program, with dams boasting pedigrees stacked with generations of top-performing genetics.
We rarely take these cows out of production. Instead, we flush them and breed them back promptly, so they can keep raising calves the following year. This helps them keep their maternal abilities: we believe it's essential they keep working as cows.
All of our donor cows have exceptional temperaments. We consider disposition crucial for ease of handling and for ranch profitability.
